Pricing 2009/10

We offer a number of packages and extras that we hope will fall within  most couples budgets. Our packages are as follows:- 

The Service. £650

  • We will attend at the Church or other location 1 hour before the ceremony to record establishing shots, plus bridegroom, family, guests, bridesmaids and bride arriving with her father or escort.

  • Record marriage service, signing of the registers and newlyweds leaving the Church.

  • Mix with guests outside Church (weather permitting) and record informal shots of the gathered guests, record the photographs being taken, confetti, bouquets, horse shoes etc. Record newlyweds leaving in wedding car or carriage.

  • Recording will cease shortly after bride and groom have left.

Service and Wedding Breakfast.  £850

All of The Service Package plus

  • Attend the wedding breakfast venue and capture the couples arrival along with their guest.

  • Record guests mingling and any photographic session.

  • Record the "mock" cutting of the cake if set up by Photographer

  • Record reception line (if applicable) and the formal "clapping in" of the Bride and Groom into the dining room for the wedding breakfast. 

  • Record the after dinner speeches.

  • Recording will cease shortly after the close of the Best Man's speech 

Service ,Wedding Breakfast and  First Three Dances £950

All of The Service and Wedding Breakfast Package plus

  • Record the Bride and Groom’s first dance, which should commence before 9pm
  • Record the guests enjoying the next two dances.
  • Recording will normally cease after the third dance.

Extras (these charges should be added to the package price)

Early Photograph Montage £100

  • Start the video with titles and a sequence of photographs (around 30) of the bride and bridegroom growing up, set to music of your choice.

The Bride's Preparations £250

  • 1 camera operator to attend at the Bride's house 3 hours before the wedding ceremony starts 

  • Record shots of the house and any decorations

  • Record the Brides dress and shoes, jewellery, perfume garter etc

  • Record the Bride's preparations along with her bridesmaids parents and any other friends and family

  • Recording ceases approximately 75 minutes before the ceremony starts as we need to be at the church 1 hour before to set up)

Evening Disco Coverage £100 per hour ,charged from 9pm

  • The evening disco can provide some of the most entertaining and memorable shots as guests relax and enjoy themselves after the formality of day's events

  • We like to get down onto the dance floor and in amongst your guests to record them having a good time and letting their hair down.

  • We also record the less energetic guests relaxing talking with family and friends.

  • You will know your family and friends far better than we will to gauge whether they are party animals and whether this Extra will provide those never to be forgotten moments when guests look at the recording and think "did I really do that?" 

All Video Packages will include the following

  • Finish the video with a recap of the day’s highlights using a selection of still frames and special effects which are set to music of your choice; ending with credits which list the best man, bridesmaids, ushers, etc.

  • Includes the costs of MCPS and PPL licenses

  • The use of at least two cameras and two camera operators who will have attended your rehearsal . We never subcontract to any other firm or camera operators so on the day you wont be met by any strange faces.

  • The use of wireless microphones to ensure that the vows are recorded perfectly.

  • Five copies of the final edited video will be delivered on either DVD or VHS tape. One copy will be in a white padded DVD case titled "Our Wedding" and the remainder in your own personalised sleeve with photo's captured from the day.

  • Extra copies of your DVD can be purchased for £15.

Blu Ray

Since 1st January 2008 all our Weddings have been filmed in 16.9 wide screen HDV  Our videos have also been edited and archived back to tape in HDV. However because Blu Ray is still an emerging technology we usually deliver our DVDs on Standard Definition Discs which will play on all DVD players.  Should you be in the fortunate position of already having a Blu Ray DVD player and High Definition Television Set or purchase these at a later date we can produce  a Blu Ray copy of your wedding for you. There will be an additional charge of £40 for each copy supplied on a Blu Ray disc.

 ALL OUTDOOR RECORDING IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER PERMITTING. It may not be possible to record outdoors in heavy rain or snow due to possible damage to electronic equipment.

We hope we  have given  you an idea of the things that we can cover but experience tells us every wedding is different and you may have your own ideas of what you want included in your Video. We're always prepared to listen to your ideas and willing to try something new and different, so don't hold back on any ideas that you may have.
