We like what we have seen on your web pages but would like to see more of your work

Please give us a call on 01908 566360 or email us at info@shoulerproductions.com and we will arrange a meeting either in your home or at our premises. The meeting should last around 1 hour and can be during the day, evening or at the weekend. We will let you choose from a number of completed actual weddings so that you can gauge the style and quality of our work. We will also let you keep the DVD so that you can watch it at again at your leisure.

Having seen your DVD and compared it to others we would like to book you to record our special day how do we do that.

Please give us a call on 01908 566360 or email us at info@shoulerproductions.com. We will ask you some basic details of the wedding ie names , date of wedding, Location, and time. The date will be reserved in our diary and we will not take any bookings for that date during the next 4 weeks

We will and send you 2 signed copies of our booking form. We ask you to sign both and return one copy to us with a booking fee of £100 once we have received the signed form and the booking fee, the date becomes a confirmed booking.

What happens then?

We will contact you about 6 weeks before your wedding to arrange a planning meeting. Again this meeting can be in your home or at our premises. We will then go through the fine details of what will happen on the day. Our experience is that every wedding is different and its the little things that make the difference. We want to be sure that we capture all the things that are important to you and make your day special.

When will we need to pay the balance?

The balance needs to be paid 10 working days before the date of the wedding

Are you full time or part time Videographers?

We are a family run business of husband, wife and son. Dave works full time for Shouler Productions while Susan and Gareth have other jobs.

Are you members of any professional organisations

David Lewis is an Associate Members of the Institute of Videographers and we use their standard terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that you have any complaint about the service we provide they will act as arbitrators. You can check Dave's status by clicking on the logo below

Have you had any formal training in Wedding Videography

Dave and Gareth attended the IOV Approved Training courses "Wedding Videography" and "Camera Craft" in March 2008

How long will my completed DVD be?

This will of course depend on how much of the day we are asked to record but most DVDs are between 1.5 to 2 hours long.

How long will we have to wait for delivery of our completed DVDs?

Each wedding takes between 60-120 hours of editing so we like to deliver completed weddings within 28 days. However wedding bookings dont come along evenly spaced  particularly during the summer months so sometimes we may have to delay the start of one edit whilst we complete an earlier edit. However we will keep you fully aware of our progress and of any delays.
